The Beach House is located at the north part of Greece and specifically in the first "finger" of Chalkidiki, Kassandra. You can find our Bed & Breakfast in the heart of the traditional village Afitos, only 50 meters away from the beach. You need only 55 minutes (80 km) from the center of Thessaloniki and  45 minutes (70 km) from Macedonia Airport to reach us!s

Chalkidiki is a three-pronged peninsula, located in Northern Greece. It is a famous place for summer holidays for families, couples and friends. Because of the thousands of people it attracts every summer, Chalkidiki has a very developed tourism infrastructure. It disposes many hotels for every taste and plenty of clean sandy beaches as well as many choices for night life entertainment.

How to reach us from Makedonia Airport:

• Turn right out of the Car Park. Follow the road out of the airport and join the dual carriageway leading away from the airport for 1.8 Km
• You'll see a sign for THESSALONIKI, HALKIDIKI
• Go in right hand lane, sign posted to HALKIDIKI.
• Go straight ahead. You need to be in the right hand lane approaching traffic lights.
• Pass the traffic lights and then take the 1st right to NEA MOUDANIA / HALKIDIKI.
• Join dual carriageway leading away from the city (THESSALONIKI).
• Stay on the dual carriageway and main A road for 65 km. Continue on this road straight ahead following the signs to Kassandra.
• Pass the village of N.Fokea and continue straight ahead.
• Turn left to Afitos village in the traffic lights.
• Continue on this road and follow the signs to the beach.
